Euralco has inhouse R&D facilities for small scale specific heat treatments. This includes a;
Precise (+/-1 K) air circulation furnace, a quenching zone with water tank, forced air, compressed air and water/air moisture injection. Computerised monitoring of time, temperature and critical cooling velocity is integrated. Determination of chemical composition and mechanical properties can also be established on short notice.A specific heat treatment for a certain application can be established within weeks. In addition to this Euralco can benefit from the many alliances with major production mills.  Many OEM customers have benefited largely from the expertise of Euralco. Enabling them to develop their products in a faster manner than their competition, or more professional and better than without the assistance of Euralco. |
